A Word in Season Day 31

Sunday, October 31, 2010                                                                                                      Church Life

 No Weapon

Isa 54:17 NO weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

The weapons of the enemy shall be rendered ineffective in the lives of "believing believers." The weapons of the enemy maybe formed. However, the good news is those weapons will be unsuccessful against us as believers that are serving the Lord.

Jesus has defeated the devil and has given us the victory. Jesus spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. (Col 2:15) He said, "I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. (Rev 1:18) And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.)" (Matt 16:19)

Prayer Focus: Father I thank you for protecting me. Thanks for posting protective angels around me. I thank you that the Greater One lives big in me.

Verse of the Day: Heb 2:14-15 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;   And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

Living the Word Today: Read Eph 6:10-18 and consciously put on each garment of the whole armor of God. Boldly confess victory is mine!
